8 and up. Anything older, let's talk — the upgrade audit may be a better starting point.
Do you need production access?
No. Read access to the repo and a populated staging environment is enough.

Will you sign an NDA?
Yes.
What if the audit shows we don't need Octane?
That's a valid and common outcome. You'll get a list of things to fix first.
